Downtown Shanghai’s not the best place for your dogs to run about (most parks don’t allow dogs to enter them, leashed or otherwise). So for some summer action, your best bet might be to head out to Songjiang District’s Pet Park.

Address: 上海松江区,叶榭镇,毛车路1号

Operating Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Admission: 100RMB for 1st dog, 50RMB per dog thereafter (you will receive the equivalent amount in food vouchers. i.e. 3 dogs = 200RMB, and you will be given 200RMB food vouchers to use at the restaurant)

Tip: They have a vegetable farm of their own, so their vegetables are really fresh and tasty. Have some for lunch! Their beverages are also rather good!

Facilities: Dog playground, Pond, Kennel (houses abandoned dogs as well as short and long-term stays), Restaurant, Guest Rooms, Dog pool (coming soon)
