Tulips at Shanghai Flower Port

Submitted by on 5 April 2010 | No Comments

Ever thought of seeing acres and acres of tulips? It’s a beautiful sight.
Nanhui Tulips

Tulips bloom only for a short period of time, so you might want to make your way to Shanghai Nanhui Flower Port (鲜花港) as soon as possible. Depending on the season, the Tulips should be in full bloom in the period of 28 March 2010 till maybe mid-April.

It’s a pretty long way from downtown Shanghai to Flower Port , but totally worth it when you can get close to such flower beauty:

Even haibao (Expo 2010 mascot, can be found all over Shanghai) is amongst the tulips! Gardens and gardens of tulips await you (but not for long) at Nanhui Flower Port.

Admission fee: RMB 100 for adults
